Thx! Got my frame. It is perfect. I would like to say Thank-You for putting up with me. If ever I need more frames, I will stop by, hopefully things will be simpler next time ;). Thanks again, Pascal,	I have received a few emails asking me to comment on your product and service, but I can't seem to find them now. I waited to respond until I had my painting in hand, and actually installed it in the frame. Now that I've framed it, I can supply the following comments and findings: 1. the ordering process was easy 2. the price was good 3. the delivery was great.....the product arrived intact in a few weeks 4. I loved the frame!! It was exactly as I expected it to look, and it looks great on my painting! 5. I found that the return piece on the frame back was a little skimpy, resulting in a slight gap between the painting and the frame back. This probably won't be noticeable to anyone looking, but it would have been an advantage to have a bit more frame on the back side, to make sure the wall behind isn't seen in that crack. I was overall pleased with this experience, and will likely order again. Deb,	amazed ... Betty Hynes, Calgary	I was a little shocked... I have to say I was a little shocked at how well my canvas print turned out. I have been using another company for the last two years and there is a big difference in how great this one looks that I just had done. On the negative, I wasnt to crazy about the frame as it doesnt match the print very well. But that was my fault as I choose one with just a guess... (would be good if you had a live preview with the frame choice) also I wish the price was just a tad cheaper like maybe a coupon for repeat purchases etc. I normally order about 20 prints a year and will definately give you guys another try before I move my business over to you on a regular basis.. (I have found with some companys the quality can very on each order) Norm Peters,
