excellent Plaque! Just recently had a plaque mount done by your company. the print was excellent! This is the second plaque mount, that i have done. Tesen, Calgary	my frustration I just wanted to express my frustration with my order and service from last month. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised. I bought them at Loews last week. I've worked with several online frame shops the last few years but this has been the worst experience. Melinda,	I have received a few emails asking me to comment on your product and service, but I can't seem to find them now. I waited to respond until I had my painting in hand, and actually installed it in the frame. Now that I've framed it, I can supply the following comments and findings: 1. the ordering process was easy 2. the price was good 3. the delivery was great.....the product arrived intact in a few weeks 4. I loved the frame!! It was exactly as I expected it to look, and it looks great on my painting! 5. I found that the return piece on the frame back was a little skimpy, resulting in a slight gap between the painting and the frame back. This probably won't be noticeable to anyone looking, but it would have been an advantage to have a bit more frame on the back side, to make sure the wall behind isn't seen in that crack.
