Hi, just a suggestion I do really like your printing, maybe the customer could be told in advance that the lead time will not be 1-2 days but 10 days. I know lead times can vary that\'s fine but almost 2 weeks before it\'s shipped? I would still have submitted the order but I would have had the most urgent print done locally.Next time I need it within 2 weeks I\'ll pay fexpress shipping but it looks like it still would have taken 10 days before shipping.

Philip Dunn, Pickering | Received my frame today, and couldn’t have asked for a better job. It, by itself, is pretty much art. Took a couple of weeks longer than expected to arrive, but well worth the wait. Customer service was quick to respond to questions as well. Overall two thumbs up.
Troy, | I was a little shocked... I have to say I was a little shocked at how well my canvas print turned out. I have been using another company for the last two years and there is a big difference in how great this one looks that I just had done.
On the negative, I wasnt to crazy about the frame as it doesnt match the print very well. But that was my fault as I choose one with just a guess... (would be good if you had a live preview with the frame choice)
also I wish the price was just a tad cheaper like maybe a coupon for repeat purchases etc. I normally order about 20 prints a year and will definately give you guys another try before I move my business over to you on a regular basis.. (I have found with some companys the quality can very on each order)
Norm Peters, | Return customer. Nice frames, great value! Simple intuitive website that makes it easy to order frames, and with liners. The liner joins could be a little tidier, but overall an excellent framing company that I will use again
