I just received a Gallery Wrap, the order was placed on 2/6/2012 and was delivered yesterday, 2/10/2012. I had scanned in a 41 year old 4x5 wedding photograph, to replace a faded 41 year old canvas print on our wall for Valentines day. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the Gallery Wrap. I am more than happy with the quality of the product. I had concerns about a 600 dpi scan from such a small print making a quality 16x20 but your representative was correct when she told me this would work. excellent quality print and have ordered another recently. I was contacted to pick up my print and was never asked if I would like to have the free shipping considering that they are moving further from Vancouver core this would of been much more convenient for me.
