I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. Such amazing print quality, framing quality, and truly unreal customer service. I was so grateful with their speedy replies to my (many) emails as I tried to get two pictures of different sizes properly cropped to print as a set. Above and beyond what I would have expected, especially since I had ordered using a Groupon. I would recommend to anyone looking for a way to jazz up a regular print or create a beautiful gift.
