I ordered a 30x20 Canvas that ended up taking 3 and a half weeks to get printed and shipped to my home. The turn out looks fantastic except for 1 small white spot in a darker portion of the image that\'s impossible not to notice. Sadly it looks like the machine or however it\'s made missed printing a small pixel or something on the canvas. Elton N.,	My custom sized wood panels came flawlessly and perfectly cut and assembled. And unlike others who will make custom wood panels online, USAOnCanvas guaranteed my panels would not be damaged in shipping — and if they were, they would take care of replacing them. Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order. First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle. Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself. Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose. Deeply dissatisfied.
