Plauqe mounting issue
My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease. KeenART: This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. I ordered 12 frames middle of July. One was delivered on July 25th but the other 11 are still not here three weeks later. The delivery time is not worth the savings and there has been no communication in the meantime, so no idea what\'s going on. Not happy
