Delay in production
Ordered a gallery wrap print on 1st October. I am based in London and needed the print to go to a friend\'s gallery in New York - hence choosing this printer. It\'s only just been printed and is now not going to reach it\'s destination for another week - a week late. Follow up emails got no response and ended up having to phone from the UK. It would have been quicker to have it printed in the UK and shipped from here. Really wished I hadn\'t used this service.

Hi,I ordered a Word Cloud canvas wrap for my daughter - with all the wonderful words that describe her. Diane L. worked on it and was so creative and wonderful about making all my changes and so quickly. Diane made it a fun project and the end result was fabulous.

Very Fast turnaround on my frame and free shipping is a plus.Unfortunately the frame was oversized so my canvas is a sloppy fit. Over 1/8\" gap between canvas and the rabbet inside the back of the floater frame can be seen. Next time I guess I need to take 1/8\" of my canvas measurement.
