Excellent quality, but...
LOVE the items I ordered. Excellent quality and just what I expected.... but..... one of the two frames originally came in the wrong size to had to be resent....then that frame arrived damaged....so am hoping third time is perfect. I needed a rush order on a 30\"x20\" canvas print and had a lot of trouble finding companies that could print it in time, let alone delivery within 5 business days. Ottawa On Canvas was quick and easy to deal with and was delivered within 48 hours (thanks to expensive shipping, mind you). It looks fantastic - a wonderful job and under a tight deadline.

Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order. First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle. Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself. Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose. Deeply dissatisfied.
