Thanks for your excellent customer service on getting this right in the end. I can't hide my disappointment with your quality control considering this order was placed Feb 1st. Amazing Customer Service
Miss Anne, Burnaby | caught me off guard.
The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.
