I ordered two frames, they arrived quickly and very well packaged, they were both exactly the correct size. rnOne was exactly as shown on the website, sadly the other was nothing like the website photo at all - instead of a soft white rustic, it arrived as dark grey underneath, covered in a thin layer of white, giving it an almost stripey appearance. I at first thought (as did the supplier) that it was a mistake and a different frame has been made up. the supplier was very pleasant to deal with but due to a misunderstanding I was required to pay the $15 postage to return the frame to them, which they worked on to give it a more white appearance and returned to me. So instead of $126, the frame ended up costing me $141 and although it is better, it is still not like the one shown on the website. After sending an email photo of the work they had done on the frame, the company did not follow up with me after delivery. I would not order custom picture frames online again. I\'ve ordered quite a few things from here over the years, and the quality has always been excellent. Everyone here I\'ve talked to has also been super knowledgeable, and very nice to deal with.My only criticisms would be that in terms of referring my clients to get their printing done here, the website itself feels a little outdated. Also the small file size limit for uploading artwork, and needing to provide a dropbox link, is a little too complex for a lot of people that I deal with. I\'m perfectly fine with it when ordering prints myself, but having an updated site with larger file size limits would make it easier for me giving referrals to clients purchasing artwork from me.
