Terrible! I ordered all silver frames and 7 business days later I got all gold. My show opens on Thursday evening, and I don\'t have frames for 3 paintings.

Bob Y., Toronto | Order process has been basically seamless, but I am still awaiting delivery and having trouble with FedEx who are indicating delivery was not possible, although I was waiting within 1 metre of my phone all day. In spite of 40 minutes on phone with them and confirmed they have the correct address, they will only attempt delivery again tomorrow. I can wait again all day today, but tomorrow have a few essential errands, so not sure what to do about this and it has really soured me on the whole experience
