My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease. KeenART: This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. Disappointed! Inside of frame approximately 1/8\" too small. Canvas wouldn\'t fit in several frames. Plastic looks cheap and outside frame for larger canvases too small in proportion to canvas size.

Shipment sent to the wrong address. The right address was specified when ordering (otherwise credit card would not have been approved), but shipment was sent to an old address they had on file.
