Wasn\'t sure if I would be getting the proper attention as a \'regular\' customer, as I was using the LivingSocial coupon, but turns out that there was nothing to fear.
My questions (sent in by email) were answered promptly and informatively. Ordering on-line was straight forward. Got a very friendly phone call to follow up on payment. Turn around time and deliver was amazingly quick. And to top it off, I am blown away at the final product. I absolutely love it! Very happy with the whole experience, and will definitely be doing this again!

karen beattie, North Vancouver | Terrible experience. Ordered frame on March9th, arrived May7th. Arrived with two visible dents in frame material. And 2/4 clips on back have fallen off just taking it out of box. Quite disappointed.
KeenART: The frame was a backorder item and because of covid-19 there is delays when ordering from suppliers unfortunately.

My canvases came back looking great. I can tell that there was careful attention put into each one. I was also impressed with the contact I had with the company regarding shipping information.
