I have been ordering from EOC from quite a while and really impressed with the clear and prompt communication. Any help or guide needed for selection of panels. It\'s very easy to order big orders from their website. I requested once that I need a panel as soon as possible, they shipped it the next day and I received it in 2 days without any extra charges. I recently ordered what I thought was a rustic walnut frame for some art. Expecting actual walnut as described but what was in fact pine or some other cheap wood painted brown distressed and cheap looking. Not at all happy
